Well, guilt in general is an emotion that you want to avoid because it is holding you back to experience fulfillment, joy and self-worth.

However, one could argue that in certain situations it is justified to feel guilty, especially if you have not kept a promise to yourself and did not do the chores that you were going to do.

You all know that you can only function if you do allow yourself to relax and reward yourself after having dealt with a heavy workload.

But let's be honest, how many of you do celebrate yourselves after achievements?

And if you do, isn't it that very often you do feel guilty about not doing, doing, doing?

We live in a society that demands from us that we have to function all the time so that it is almost not acceptable to wind down every now and then.

Let me tell you this:

It is very healthy to celebrate wins and to relax after an accomplishment however big or small it is!!!!

And the best way to do this, is to be FREE OF GUILT to get maximum benefit of your relaxation time. That way you also know that when you go back to work, you will be really refreshed and will have charged your batteries 100 %.

How about you?

Are you allowing yourself to relax free of guilt and consider it to be a reward that you deserve?

I really hope, you do. If not, I would love you to get in touch with me to talk about how it is becoming a problem to you to being able to relax.

Love,

Andrea
