The 'Confusion' I am talking here, is not the clinical confusion, caused by health problems. In extreme cases that can lead to loss of ability to recognize people and or places, or tell time or the date.

The 'Confusion' I mean, is a milder form, which is mainly caused by the overload of information in our society. It is more a kind of distraction which causes us to loose focus. It sort of ties in with my post on purpose. If you are not sure what your purpose in life is, then you might be confused or uncertain on what it is you want from life.

Sometimes when you feel overwhelmed, trying to do too many things at once, you end up getting confused too. And clearly in such a state you are not achieving anything. You are kind of in your own way. The solution to that is, to prioritize what needs to be done first, second, third and so on. That way you can establish a step by step process. By ticking off one achieved step at the time, the confusion will dissipate and clarity will take over.

One of the most important attributes you have to develop to gaining clarity over confusion is commitment. Like anything in life, you have to work for it. If you decide to stay in your comfort zone, not moving from your couch, then the confusion will be leading the way in your reality.

What is it you want? Comfort and confusion or action and clarity? - The decision is yours.

Just some thoughts to think about.

Enjoy dwelling ...

Love,

Andrea
