Church rising up

Is it your opinion that only children have some growing up to do?

If you think that, you are way off from the truth because it is all of us who never stop growing up. Actually, we all are stuck in some area of our lives which originates in our childhood. Whether it was a limiting belief we created due to something an adult has said to us when we were little. Or we were craving love that was denied to us as a child which causes us to think that we are not loveable and the list goes on.

And it is exactly that what is holding us back from reaching our full potential and the happiness we deserve.

The growing up I mean when I am talking to you today, is the one that might hold you back from having a healthy and happy relationship with your partner. But to have that you must first have a sound and healthy relationship with yourself.

I have been in a dark place in my relationship myself and I have accomplished to turn things around. But I had to take action myself to reach the turning point.

I want you to be aware that difficult situations like that happen over and over in life. We are put on this planet to learn our lessons, whatever they may be. We are and always will be challenged, yes again and again, it's not a one-off event. And it doesn't mean that we can relax and stay at that level of awareness and consciousness after overcoming one obstacle.

That goes against the flow of life. We need to surrender to the flow of life and lean into the waves that try to sweep us under. Imagine you are in a rip and try to swim against it. What happens next? Yes, damn right ? you will drown. And that is exactly what I mean with the flow of life, just let it happen.

If you are not happy, there is something you are missing, so dig deep and try to figure out what it is. And once you have a clear image of what is causing your unhappiness, accept the awareness of what needs to be done and make the changes necessary.

And then start enjoying the new experiences, the new learning that you gain from it, the new relationships being swept along with it and all the other inspiring, adventurous and exciting moments. Accepting change and going along with it means that you are growing from the person you are into the person you are meant to be.

And realize that you never ever stop learning throughout your whole existence and it is the learning that keeps you alive and agile not only physically but also mentally. If you were to stop learning, it would mean you die.

Because it is death that puts a stop to everything.

Be reminded: The ultimate enhancer in our lives must be the quality of our relationships ? the relationship we have with others, but equally important, the relationship we have with ourselves first.

As you commit to accepting yourself as the person you truly are, you will then experience love in ways you never even thought existed because love is the one thing that really matters in life.

In the beginning, presenting your true self to the world might feel slightly dangerous and vulnerable. And that?s normal. Because when we show up as all of ourselves, we fear judgement, not belonging and not being loved.

But it is in these moments of feeling the fear, living outside of your comfort zone, and doing what needs to be done anyway, that an ultimately fulfilled life is experienced.

I am sure you agree with me on that. And it is because you share the same opinion with me on that which makes you a human being of utmost value to everybody around you. That means that you will inspire people in the most wonderful ways right now, at this point in time and in the future and they will want to come along on the ride and experience and enjoy with you the love, the happiness, the fulfillment, the empowerment, the courage to spread their wings and fly and whatever it is that inspires you wherever you go.

It is your time to grow up now!!!
