They are FOCUS ? LANGUAGE ? PHYSIOLOGY
They are equally important and need your undivided attention to work as a unity in creating your aspired outcome.
Let us talk about PHYSIOLOGY today.
The only thing I'd like to say is, think about yourself going into a job interview.
First, see yourself attending that interview slouching, tired, bored, not well groomed and frowning. Needless to say, you will be perceived in a negative way by the person interviewing you. The outcome is evident, isn?t it?
Now see yourself in the same situation upright, chatty, well groomed and with an open welcoming smile on your face.
The difference in appearance is self-explanatory and so is the perception of the person interviewing you because it is your aura that reinforces your appearance whichever way you choose to show up.
Physiology is not only important when it comes to job interviews. It shapes your day from the moment you get out of bed.
Remember the days that you just don?t want to get out of bed and you put your alarm on snooze over and over again. When you finally realize that there is really no more time for another snooze and it is now the time to get out of bed and you just try and avoid is as much as you can.
We all have experienced that, right? And what happens next?
You are clumsy and maybe drop and spill make up, or you drop your perfume and it shatters into a million little glass splinters which you might even stepping on and experiencing excruciating pain from glass piercing through the skin on the bottom of your foot. And then when you make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, you burn your gums from not paying attention to how hot it actually is and the list goes on?..
By having the ?slouch? in your physiology when you first get out of bed you start your day already in a negative way and the more you try to fight your day, the more unwanted things will happen because you cause it with the way you show up in your day.
Wouldn?t it be wiser to choose the opposite approach? A way in which you hear your alarm, open your eyes and welcome a new day with showing gratitude for being able to open your eyes yet again to another exciting new day.
Instead of getting out of bed ?slouching? you could get up and feel the energy rise in yourself as you set the first foot out onto the floor. And when the second foot touches the carpet you feel yourself grounded and ready to take on another adventure in your life. Isn?t every new day we open our eyes an adventure on it?s own?
And then you go into the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror. How about if you said ?Good morning, I wish you a fantastic day? and smiled at yourself in the mirror?
Do you think that could work out a little bit different than just being a grump?
