To create your desired reality, there are three components that you need to master.

They are FOCUS ? LANGUAGE ? PHYSIOLOGY

They are equally important and need your undivided attention to work as a unity in creating your aspired outcome.

Let us talk about LANGUAGE today.

 

 

 

It is very important to be aware of the fact that your language actually creates your reality, not anybody else's. That means, what you think is real, is not necessarily something that is real for somebody else. And very important, in terms of language is gratitude.

 

Gratitude is a chapter that is worth being focussed on all by itself. We will talk about gratitude another time and give it the full attention it deserves.

 

In terms of ?language?, try to avoid the words ?What if?. That is very disempowering language. Ask questions and be engaged in the conversation. That shows your partner that you are actually listening attentively to what is being said. And when you are talking, make sure that you have a positive approach and are aware of your internal dialogue.

 

What is it actually that you're telling yourself all the time?

Is it that you're telling yourself ?I'm a failure?, ?I can't do this?, ?It's too hard?, or is it actually, ?Yes! I'm going to try this because I know I can do this? ? two very different approaches with just the opposite outcome if practiced over time.

 

And then, there are certain words that you want to be very careful in using. For example, instead of saying, ?Maybe, let me think about it?, or ?I'm not so sure?, ?I really should?

try to say, ?I now choose to??. That is a much more empowering phrase that allows you to play out your future in whatever way you want to without being too harsh with yourself and putting too much pressure onto your own persona.

 

There are two different categories of words, the words of necessity and of possibility:

 

Words of necessity                            Words of possibility

I must                                                          I could

I have to                                                      I can

I got to                                                        I like to

I should                                                      I love to

I need to                                                      I choose to

 

Have a little play with the words in either column and notice the different weights that they put onto your current state of mind. Isn?t it true that the words of necessity weigh you down and feel like a burden on your shoulders? Very interesting to realize is also the fact that they do not only make you feel down, they have even the same impact on your partners in your various conversations. If you keep using these kinds of words, you have a very tiring effect on people.

 

Feeling the weight they put onto your very being, can you imagine what effect they will have on all your decisions, goals and plans? Wouldn?t you agree that they may hold you back from experiencing the extraordinariness of your future?

 

In opposition of the words of necessity there is the ones of possibility. How did they make you feel when saying them out loud? Aren?t they elevating, inspiring and easy to conform with? Isn?t it a pleasure to execute whatever follows? These expressions may even get you unstuck from something you were not able to escape for a long time. They are very powerful if used on a regular basis.
